David Eckardt brings over 17 years of experience in the property management industry, having started his career in 2008. With a strong background in commercial title services, he has extensive expertise in reviewing and interpreting legal documents, a skill honed during his tenure in the title agency business.
As a former Title Officer for five years, David worked with industry leaders such as First American Title Co., Fidelity, and North American Title. His combined experience in property management and title services enables him to navigate complex lease agreements and legal documentation with precision, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient property oversight.
Linda Stearman-Malin has been a leader in real estate management since 1980, starting her career in New Jersey with both residential and commercial properties. In 1998, she shifted her focus exclusively to commercial property management, overseeing properties across Phoenix, Tucson, Sierra Vista, Prescott, and Payson.
Recognizing the need for a more hands-on approach in property management, Linda founded Spectra Management Co. in 2005. She built the company on the philosophy that effective property management extends beyond financial metrics—it requires proactive engagement, regular on-site presence, and strong communication with owners, tenants, and vendors.
Her commitment to being present and involved ensures that issues are addressed before they escalate, fostering well-maintained properties and long-term client satisfaction.
Kristina Smith joined Spectra Management in 2015 and specializes in tenant and vendor relations within commercial property management. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.
Shari Guilfoyl entered the property management industry in 2007, bringing extensive experience in overseeing commercial properties, including industrial, office, and retail spaces.
